	Epoxy.com Product #406 is a two component, chemical resistant, 
	polyurethane coating.
	Epoxy.com Product #406
	
	is a low VOC compliant urethane that meets all federal and state 
	environmental air quality standards. The high gloss finish offers excellent 
	abrasion resistance, chemical and stain resistance, and superior color 
	retention. Epoxy.com Product #406 can be used equally well on vertical 
	or horizontal surfaces. It is ideal for concrete floors and walls in 
	warehouses, storage facilities, aircraft hangars, animal housing, and 
	vehicle maintenance facilities. Available in both clear and pigmented 
	formulations,

	 can be used as a finish coating option for most Epoxy.com Flooring Systems.

	CONSIDERATIONS
	
	
		- Substrate temperature must be a minimum of 50ºF
 
		- Substrate must be free of dirt, waxes, curing agents, and other 
		foreign materials
 
		- Minimum Application Temperature: 40ºF (contact Epoxy.com for Low 
		Temperature Cure)
 
		- Maximum Application Temperature: 100ºF

	Two component, catalyzed, chemical resistant polyurethane.
	
	APPLICATION
	 
	SURFACE PREPARATION
	 
	Surface Preparation is the most critical portion of any 
	successful resinous flooring system application. All substrates must be 
	properly prepared as outlined in Epoxy.com Surface Preparation Procedures. 
	Work must be performed by trained or experienced contractors or maintenance 
	personnel. 
	 	INSTALLATION
	 
	Epoxy.com Product #406 is normally applied with a brush, 
	short napped roller, or squeegee and back-rolled with a short nap roller. 
	Care should be taken to minimize the entrapment of air caused by 
	over-rolling.
	 
	Epoxy.com Product #406 can also be applied by airless or 
	conventional spray. May be thinned 9-10% with Ethyl Ethoxy Propanate (EEP) 
	or Methy Amyl Ketone (MAK).
	 
	CLEAN UP
	 
	Clean skin with soap and water. Tools and equipment should 
	be cleaned with xylene or lacquer thinner.
	
	COVERAGE
	 
	Epoxy.com Product #406 Clear will yield approximately 2.9 mils dry film 
	thickness when spread at 300 ft2 per gallon.
	Epoxy.com Product #406 Pigmented will yield approximately 3.5 mils dry 
	film thickness when spread at 300 ft2 per gallon.

	Epoxy.com Product #406  is available in Clear. 
	Available pigmented with a minimum of 30 gallons. Custom Colors are available subject to laboratory 
	approval, larger minimum quantity, lead time for production, and increased cost.
