Product #18 General
Purpose Epoxy - a hard set epoxy compound formulated for general use.
Product #18 cures at room temperature and is a low viscosity system. This
durable, resilient material requires no post curing to achieve permanent bond
strength. Mixing ratio of 1 to 1 makes this product easy to use. Product #18
solves many difficult bonding, and epoxy mortar problems. Product has the
ability to bond to a variety of substrates including cannot dry and hard to dry
surfaces.
Product #19 Epoxy Mortar - a multi-function liquid applied, 100% solids epoxy binder and mortar system with excellent wear, and chemical resistance. Product #19 is an excellent general purpose material with excellent clarity and color retention. It is essentially odorless and so it can be used in occupied areas. Product #20 Epoxy Grout - a moisture insensitive, two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin system manufactured specifically for use in temperatures of 40°F and below. It is recommended for injection or anchor-bolt grouting in the neat state or as a mortar when mixed with up to 3 1/4 parts of Product #76 -Epoxy Filler (by volume). PRODUCT #20 exceeds most requirements of ASTM C-881-90, Types I, Grade 1, Class A. Product #21 Pumpable Mortar can be used underwater - a Pumpable Epoxy Mortar that is a moisture insensitive, two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin. This material is specifically designed for use in marine environments, but can be used in wet or dry strippable form applications. #21 can be pumped or poured into the void created between the existing structure and the Epoxy.com Corrosion Free Jacket system. Dewatering is not required. Product # 22 Underwater Epoxy Mortar - Pourable Epoxy Mortar that is a moisture insensitive, two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin. This material is specifically designed for use with the Epoxy.com Fiberglass Systems & Shapes. Can also be used as self-leveling flooring. Product #23 - Similar to #22 but in 1:1 mix ratio. Special order only, with minimum quantities required. Product #24 Fast Pigmented Mortar - Fast Cure Product #25 Epoxy Mortar Kit standard - a 100% solids epoxy resin and specially selected aggregate system. Units are preproportioned for ease of mixing and use on the jobsite. It is a flowable, self-leveling grout, with handling and physical characteristics superior to similar grouts. Product #26 Epoxy Mortar Kit - a 100% solids epoxy resin and specially selected aggregate system which produces a flowable, self-leveling grout, with handling and physical characteristics superior to similar grouts. It is designed for floor resurfacing where high strength and short down time are needed. Units are preproportioned for ease of mixing and use on the jobsite. Epoxy.com warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of Epoxy.com. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement.
