SURFACE PREPARATION:
Substrate must be clean and sound. Apply Epoxy.com
Product #7 Bonding Agent to the surface to be repaired
at a rate of approximately 100 SF/gallon (2.45 m2/gal.). While the bonding
agent is still tacky, place the epoxy modified mortar or concrete mix or
apply a slurry coat of Epoxy Modified Mortar to the area to be repaired.
Place the epoxy modified mortar or concrete while the slurry is still wet.
MIXING:
Start mixer and place Epoxy.com Product #115 "C" Component into
mixer and add up to 3/4 gallons ( 2.84 liter) of water per bag; add 1 gallon
(3.785 liter) of mixed epoxy resin for each bag of C Component; mix for an
additional 3 to 5 minutes. Additional water may be added to produce desired
consistency (keep water content as low as possible).
